FAQ

I have young children.  Can they be present at our home organizing sessions?

  • Because our goal is to work as efficiently as possible so that you get the most for your money, the presence of young children can be a real distraction during our sessions.  Unless we are working with a student who’s being organized, there should not be any children present during our sessions.

My husband is so disorganized.  Can I set up an appointment for him to meet with the organizer?

  • No.  The client needing services must be the person in which we speak to for the Phone Consult and also who we meet in person at the Home Assessment. There are no exceptions.

How long will this take?

  • Length of time is completely dependent on your preferred pace and the size of the project.  We promise to work as efficiently as possible to get the most out of each session.

Can I just tell the organizer the issues I’m having with my spaces and let her work alone while I run my errands?

  • Unfortunately, this is not a method we use with our clients.  Because each client has individual needs that must be considered in the process, we choose not to work alone.  When de-cluttering spaces and deciding the fate of a client’s items, it is very important that the owner be present to make those decisions.  Additionally, as we move onto the process of reestablishing a space, the client is a vital part of deciding where items will be placed.
