Will you share where you got your desk chair? I need a new one and I love the look of yours.
Hi Rebecca! Thanks for stopping by! The desk chair is from Office Max. I love it, too! Very snazzy!
Also, the color is cream or ivory, not pure white. Just wanted to make sure you knew that before you get it.
Leah :-)
Thank you! I am going to order it now! :) I love the ivory color. Perfect!
AWESOME!!!
What product did you use to store your CDs? Thanks!
Hi Stephanie! Thanks for checking out my site!
The CD storage containers are from the Container Store. click HERE
One thing to know about this storage is that there is no space for the liner notes for the CDs, but you can store a lot of CDs in a small amount of space. This storage solution is also stackable {as you can see in the video}.

I love the Color of the walls! It makes all the other colors really pop. Do you remember what brand and the name of the color?
Hi Kristen!
Yes, it is Sherwin-Williams paint and the name is Dovetail. It’s the color in our office and in my living room, and kitchen. You’ll see it more this month with the kitchen posts. I also used the color just below Dovetail on the paint chip called Dorian Grey. It’s in my master bedroom, bath, and the dining room. You’re so right, Dovetail really creates a great palette for accent colors to pop. Thanks so much for your comment! I hope you visit again soon!

Hi Leah! Just curious to know, how did you actually turn your love/talent for organizing into a career? I have the same nack for it as well and am always looking for creative ideas and ways to create cozy, yet functional spaces (I have to our house is 904 sq ft with a baby and a dog). Can you post more picture of your house I love your ideas and that office space is fab!

Hi Sarah! Thank you so much for your comment! Sorry about the delay in my response.
Becoming a professional organizer came to me at 6:30 one morning after months and months of trying to figure out what I wanted to do with my career. I graduated college in education, but teaching high schoolers just wasn’t for me. That day, I did some research and found NAPO. I was on my way! I could have really taken off with a job organizing people’s homes, but I instead chose to blog. Why? Well, Smith and I are planning to soon adopt and I want to stay at home with our children. Blogging has set me up for just that.
About the house pics, I am actually completely reorganizing every space of our home. As the projects are completed, I’ll post images. I’m going to get some of our kitchen pics up next week.
Thanks so much for stopping by to check out my things. If anything, I hope I can be an inspiration for you :-) if you have any other questions, just email me.
Have a WONDERFUL weekend, Sarah!
Leah :-)
I stumbled on to your blog this morning.. LOVE LOVE LOVE the kitchen hutch. Beautiful.
Thank you so much, Elizabeth! I hope you stop by again soon to visit!
Have a FABULOUS weekend!
Leah :-)
Hello Leah! I was wondering where you found your kitchen hutch? It’s fabulous and I am looking for something similar! Thanks!
Hi Krissy! Thanks so much for your comment! I’m happy to hear you like the hutch :-) I did a post on hutch inspiration that I think you might enjoy. Click here: http://fabulouslyorganizedhome.com/2013/02/23/simply-inspired-saturdays-the-free-standing-hutch/
As for my hutch, I actually got this hutch in Houston a couple of years ago at a place that, oddly enough, burned down last year. It had antiques and imports.
Thanks again and I hope you visit again soon!

Hi, love your site. What did you use for the labels in the kitchen?
Hi L!
Thanks for stopping by!
For my labels, I used a combination of paperbag cardstock {from Marco’s paper online} and papers from Paper Source. I ordered the chalkboard labels on Etsy with the “chalk” pen to write on them. I used jute twine to tie the labels to the baskets. I hope that answers your question.
I hope you visit again soon!

Love your blog, I have to get crackin on getting my home organized again, I can organize it, just can’t seem to maintain :( Good luck on your adoption, can’t wait to hear all about it when it happens. We have a 10 year old we were blessed with through IVF and a 3 year old who was a surprise adoption (while I was working in L&D-an answer to many years of prayers). Can’t wait to see your site and family grow!
Good morning Julie :-) Thank you so much for your beautiful comment. I was excited to hear how you’ve grown your little family. I know you can appreciate the worthwhile waiting that comes with both the IVF and adoption routes. It’s certainly been a journey in patience and prayer that’s taught both Smith and I so much about ourselves and each other :-)
I am so happy to have you follow my blog! I do hope you visit again soon.
Leah :-)

Hello I love your FOH, I am wondering where I can get labels like the ones you have for all of my pantry items?
Hi Yana! Thanks for stopping by! You can click on the pink words “the pantry” in this post to access the pantry post and links to the labels I used.
Leah :-)
Love this website, I’m SO inspired. I love the set up you have for the his and hers mail. Can you tell me where you got the wire baskets for those and how you did the signs? I totally need to replicate this, we are out of control with our mail!
Thanks so much, Kat! I really appreciate you stopping by. I’m glad you found the post inspirational and I hope you visit again soon!
Thanks again!
